We are currently looking for a driven and committed Housekeeping Attendant & Assistant Housekeeper to become part of our dynamic team at Radisson Blu Hotel Nydalen in Oslo. About the Role
As a Housekeeping Attendant & Assistant Housekeeper, you will be a key contributor in ensuring the impeccable presentation and cleanliness that Radisson Blu is renowned for. You will contribute to making moments that last for our guests by ensuring every nook and cranny of the hotel is immaculate, welcoming, and inviting.
You will be working closely with the Housekeeping Manager, supporting on a day-to-day basis and filling in to manage the team when they are absent. This position needs a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and being able to manage and motivate the team. Your proactive mind set will ensure smooth running and high standards of service.
What You’ll Do
Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards throughout guest rooms and public spaces
Make certain all areas are spotless, tidy, and guest-ready
Help the Housekeeping Manager with daily tasks
Assist in coordinating staff schedules and task assignments
Oversee housekeeping personnel and provide on-the-job training
Communicate well with other hotel departments
Ensure smooth teamwork and interdepartmental harmony
Execute meticulous tasks such as plumping pillows and polishing mirrors
Arrange room amenities to promote guest satisfaction
Work scheduled shifts, including every other weekend
Adjust to the needs of the hotel’s operation and guests
Foster a positive, “Yes I Can!” service culture
