Position Summary
We are now looking for bright, motivated, and enthusiastic professionals to join our organization as Admissions Officers at our Lahore Cantt Campus. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals seeking a challenging role in a renowned academic organization.
As an Admissions Officer, you will have a key role to play in speaking on behalf of the university to potential students and their families. Your actions will have a direct influence on enrollment expansion and student satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Student Counseling & Outreach: Counsel prospective students through the admissions process, offering thorough and accurate information regarding programs, requirements, scholarships, and campus life.
Application Processing: Screen and process student applications according to university policies and deadlines.
Campus Tours & Events: Coordinate and facilitate campus tours, open houses, and other outreach activities focused on drawing and engaging prospective students.
Communication Management: Have regular contact with prospective students through telephone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
Database Management: Update and maintain applicant data in the admissions database to maintain data integrity and follow-up on time.
Collaboration: Maintain close coordination with academic departments, marketing, and student affairs departments to ensure a seamless coordination of the admissions process.
Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inquiry follow-up, application conversion, and enrolled student statistics.

- Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Freshers may also apply).

- Tech-Savvy: Computer literacy is a must; awareness of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management is an added advantage.
