We are looking for a Luxury Marketing Director to develop and drive the global luxury segment strategy for an innovative initiative designed to transform the Kingdom into a world-leading destination for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) and high-net-worth (HNW) travelers.

Key Responsibilities
As Luxury Marketing Director, you will be leading strategy and execution for a highly strategic business segment. Your remit will be to:
Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute a luxury segment strategy that engages and inspires UHNW and HNW audiences worldwide.

Create a global marketing road map, not limited to specific countries or markets, concentrating on premium positioning, exclusivity, and experience-driven storytelling
Work cross-functionally with product, partnerships, branding, digital, and events teams to reconcile the luxury marketing strategy with larger brand objectives.

Campaign Execution & Content Development
Guide the development of customized content for high-end audiences across owned, earned, and paid media, reconciling with luxury design sensibilities and brand tone.

Develop and direct content production across print, digital, social, and experiential channels, such as ultra-premium campaigns, editorials, and interactive storytelling format
Create go-to-market plans for ultra-premium tourism products, luxury cultural experiences, and hand-picked high-end goods.
Market Research & Insights
Undertake in-depth market research to discover behavioral trends, consumption habits, and UHNW/HNW consumers’ preferences across influential regions.
Use insights to refine positioning, value propositions, and campaign messaging for several sub-segments in the luxury audience.

Trend Monitoring & Innovation
Beat emerging trends within luxury consumer behavior, experiential marketing, cultural luxury, and digital innovation to maintain campaigns world-class.

Foster thought leadership and bring innovative marketing practices specifically designed for the luxury segment

The Ideal Candidate (latest Saudi Tourism jobs 2025)
To succeed in this position, you should have a unique blend of creative insight, strategic thinking, and executional mastery developed over a career that covers some of the world’s most exclusive names or places in the luxury segment.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s (Master’s is desirable) degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline.
15–20 years of luxury marketing experience, with substantial tenure in one or more of these sectors: luxury retailing, premium hospitality, ultra-high-end tourism, or high-end lifestyle brands.

Track record of launching or repositioning premium destinations or high-value propositions, with tangible success in market take-up and brand expansion.
✨ Proven capability to communicate across UHNW/HNW audiences, aware of their tastes, motivations, and expectations.

Leadership of global marketing teams or international campaigns in multicultural, multi-market settings.

In-depth insight into brand storytelling, emotional branding, and experience personalization design.

Preferred Qualities:

A black-book universe of media, influencers, creators, or tastemakers within the global luxury universe.

Having experience working in or with up-and-coming tourism destinations, particularly in the GCC or MENA regions.

Having the skills to work effectively in high-pressure, highly cooperative environments, and coordinate several stakeholders at the executive level.
