Role Summary
The Administrative Assistant & Quality Executive will act as an essential connection in guaranteeing the smooth day-to-day running of the resort’s administrative operations while leading the upkeep and improvement of quality and service standards according to Six Senses brand and Luxury Quality Assurance (LQA) standards.
This blended position demands an expert who is equally proficient in administrative coordination and quality management with a passion for hospitality excellence, keen eye for detail, and proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.

1. Administrative Assistance
- Greet visitors and callers warmly as the first point of contact and respond to queries, directing them accordingly and reflecting Six Senses’ hallmark hospitality.
- Operate office machines such as telephones, photocopiers, fax machines, and email systems effectively to assist different departments.
- Type, write, and circulate routine letters, minutes of meetings, reports, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism in communication.
- Create and maintain systematic paper and electronic filing systems for documents, correspondence, contracts, and other documents to enable easy retrieval of information.
- Help the General Manager and management team prepare meeting presentations, schedule coordination, and appointments.
- Attend or represent Company in meetings and training sessions as and when necessary, enabling effective cross-departmental communication of information.
- Maintain Six Senses guidelines and service standards at all times, fostering excellence and continuous improvement culture.
2. Guest Experience and Quality Assurance
- Audit and monitor service quality in all resort departments, such as rooms, food & beverage, and public spaces, against Six Senses brand standards and Luxury Quality Assurance (LQA) requirements.
- Regular quality audits, guest experience assessments, and checks on sustainability, with documented findings and comprehensive reports.
- Evaluate guest comments through systems like ReviewPro, Medallia, and TrustYou, and review areas of improvement and trends.
- Coordinate with department leaders to construct corrective action plans and oversee their implementation to achieve timely resolution of issues.
- Assist mystery guest audits, pre-opening standards checks, and operational readiness assessments to ensure high standards.
- Work with the Sustainability team to communicate Earth Lab projects and community engagement programs, supporting the resort’s environmental stewardship efforts.
- Lead by example, ensuring a high profile on the property and encouraging colleagues to maintain Six Senses’ principles of reconnection and wellbeing.
Candidate Profile
Education and Experience:
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or an equivalent qualification from a reputable institution is strongly preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience as an administrative assistant in a resort, hotel, or luxury hospitality setting.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a quality assurance, guest experience, or rooms division position in a luxury or lifestyle hotel or resort.
- Knowledge of LQA standards and the auditing processes is a definite advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of Microsoft Excel and knowledge of guest feedback and review platforms (e.g., ReviewPro, Medallia, TrustYou).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in other languages would be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and build positive working relationships.
- Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information.
- Proactive and self-driven, with a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
