With a mature global client base and outstanding product-market fit, the firm is entering the Middle East, and is currently recruiting its inaugural Sales Manager in Dubai to drive growth in the region.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic chance for an ambitious SaaS sales expert with a solid network in the UAE’s wealth management and financial services community. You will be the initial contact for numerous of the Middle East’s highest-ranking private banks, asset managers, and investment companies—and will take a key role in growing the company’s footprint throughout the GCC.
As Sales Manager – UAE, you will be responsible for owning the entire sales process—spotting prospects, performing deep platform demos, and selling through complex decision-making units, to negotiating and closing multi-year SaaS deals.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
Actively identify, target, and engage with key decision-makers at private banks, wealth management companies, and asset managers in the UAE.
Establish and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through a blend of warm introductions, strategic outreach, networking, and events.
Solution Selling & Client Engagement
Present tailored presentations and live product demonstrations, explaining the value proposition of the platform to C-level executives and front-office teams.
Use a consultative selling style, knowing the needs of each prospect, current workflows, and pain points.
Partner with product experts and solution architects in sophisticated pitches.
Deal Management & Negotiation
Manage the sales process end-to-end, from initial contact to contract.
Help manage pricing negotiations, contract negotiations, and deal structuring in alignment with company objectives.
Coordinate with legal and compliance teams for seamless onboarding and procurement.
Market Representation & Growth Strategy
Represent the firm at regional conferences, networking sessions, and industry panel events, showcasing the brand as a prominent WealthTech force in the Middle East.
Offer insights and field feedback to impact product development and regional go-to-market strategies.
Collaboration & Reporting
Directly report to the Global Head of Sales.
Accurately maintain data in CRM and prepare regular pipeline and forecast reports.
Partner with customer success, marketing, and product organizations to enable consistent customer satisfaction and upsell potential.
Ideal Candidate Profile-UAE Best Sales Jobs 2025
We seek an enterprise software sales high-performing, ambitious sales individual with experience in wealth management or fintech, preferably, who is well-versed with the commercial and technical dynamics of financial services in the GCC.
✅ Required Experience
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with 2+ years in financial software, fintech, or wealth management platform sales.
- Demonstrated history of consistently beating sales quotas, closing large enterprise-class deals, and handling lengthy sales cycles.
- Solid network of UAE financial services community contacts (e.g., private banks, investment houses, family offices).
- Experience selling to senior decision-makers like CIOs, Heads of Technology, Relationship Managers, and Portfolio Managers.
✅ Skills & Competencies
Profound knowledge of wealth management business operations, client lifecycle, and digital transformation trends.
Articulate and confident communicator – capable of pitching, demoing, and presenting sophisticated platforms in a simple way.
High levels of negotiation and deal-closing skills, with the capacity to overcome procurement and compliance obstacles.
Self-starting, resourceful, and happy to work in a start-up or scale-up with a high level of autonomy.
Technically savvy and okay to talk about SaaS architectures, integrations, and user workflows.
✅ Education & Language
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.
MBA or postgraduate qualifications are preferred.
English language fluency; Arabic is a plus but not essential.
