Supporting brokers, digital banks, asset managers, and other FinTechs, the company combines traditional and digital assets, providing entry to global financial markets through scalable APIs, high-end platforms, and regulator-ready infrastructure. Emphasizing open finance, API-driven architecture, and institution-grade compliance, the firm is located at the crossroads of innovation, regulation, and global capital markets.

Role Overview
As Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth across the MENA region, leveraging your expertise in financial services, brokerage, and trading technologies to identify new opportunities, close high-value partnerships, and expand the firm’s institutional client base.
You will collaborate directly with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and implement go-to-market strategies and serve as a primary spokesperson and business development lead for the region. This is a very strategic and hands-on opportunity for an individual with extensive networks, deep technical and product expertise, and the capacity to articulate complex solutions into client value.

Key Responsibilities


Strategy & Growth

Drive and execute holistic sales plans to increase revenue, market share, and brand visibility in the MENA region.

Pinpoint high-value client segments, markets, and applications for the trading and investment technology stack of the company.

Establish and manage an actionable B2B and B2B2C sales pipeline with a view to ambitious yet achievable revenue goals.

Client & Partner Development

Build, foster, and deepen relationships with principal stakeholders such as brokers, banks, wealth managers, family offices, and digital platforms.

Be the key point of contact for top-level negotiations, onboarding conversations, and structuring deals.

Represent the firm at industry conferences, events, and client meetings to generate visibility and establish thought leadership.

Market Intelligence

Monitor regional trends in digital assets, trading, capital markets infrastructure, and regulatory evolution to spot business opportunities and help prevent risks.

Track competitor behavior and market trends to optimize go-to-market strategies and value propositions.

Share product and market insights with internal groups to assist in the prioritization of development work and client-fit refinements.

Collaboration & Reporting

Collaborate effectively with internal groups in product, technology, operations, legal, and compliance to facilitate smooth delivery of solutions to customers.

Develop comprehensive business development reports, forecasts, and analysis for executive management.

Contribute to investor or board presentations in which commercial growth performance is emphasized.

The Ideal Candidate-ECP Best Dubai Sales Jobs 2025


The ideal candidate will be a highly networked, commercially savvy FinTech or capital markets expert, with an established track record of closing complex B2B sales and extensive knowledge of traditional and digital finance ecosystems.


Experience & Background

At least 10 years of experience within the FinTech, capital markets, or financial services industry, with MENA region emphasis.

Previous experience in retail broking, broking, or wealth tech platforms with global exposure (US, Europe, or Asia).

Background in companies that service high volume, multi-jurisdictional client bases is a big advantage.

Experience working in startup, scale-up, or innovation-driven setups is a plus.

Technical & Product Knowledge

In-depth understanding of front-to-back broking and asset management platforms, including OMS, PMS, execution platforms, and client onboarding solutions.

In-depth knowledge of capital market infrastructure, APIs, and trading lifecycle from order to settlement.

Knowledge of digital assets, tokenization, and changing market structures in both centralized and decentralized ecosystems.

Confident to talk about regulatory environments impacting financial services in the UAE and around the world (e.g., MiFID II, DFSA, ADGM, SEC, FCA).

Commercial & Interpersonal Skills

Strong communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Capacity to interact at CXO and board level, as well as deal with operational and technical stakeholders.

Entrepreneurial spirit with high self-motivation and accountability.

Capacity to balance long-term strategic vision with short-term execution of deals.

Package Offers:

Base salary: AED 600,000 – AED 720,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
