We are looking for a Vice President of Brand, Marketing & Customer Experience (CX) to guide one of the region’s most renowned multi-brand lifestyle retail clusters. The Role
In the role of VP – Brand, Marketing & CX, you will be the strategic architect of the way the group tells its brand promise and provides outstanding customer experiences on all channels and brands.
You will:
Lead Brand, Marketing, and Customer Experience functions throughout the group, ensuring complete alignment with commercial, operational, and digital strategies.
Collaborate with the CEO and board to develop and evolve the long-term growth strategy, based on customer understanding, market insights, and business ambition.
Ensure that every brand within the portfolio maintains its distinctive character while serving the overall group strategic direction and customer promise.
This is an action-driven executive position that requires innovative leadership, fluency in data, and keen knowledge of GCC and wider regional retail dynamics.

Strategic Leadership
Design and implement a group-level marketing and CX plan that integrates brand positioning with business goal and customer needs.
Identify the customer journey through all channels—physical, digital, mobile, and experiential—and ensure consistency, personalization, and satisfaction.
Advocate a customer-first philosophy at every level of the organization, integrating CX as an integral business value and point of differentiation.
Act as a trusted counselor to the CEO and board, informing high-level business strategy and investment.
Brand Development & Communication
Own the development, evolution, and stewardship of every brand’s personality, tone of voice, and visual identity.
Manage development and deployment of multi-channel campaigns through ATL, digital, social media, CRM, in-store, and influencer/PR strategies.
Coordinate messaging across touchpoints for an integrated omnichannel brand experience that fosters customer engagement and loyalty.
Marketing & Growth Execution
Create end-to-end marketing plans that generate traffic, engagement, conversion, and retention both online and offline.
Lead CRM, segmentation, loyalty programs and marketing automation to deliver maximum customer lifetime value.
Collaborate with ecommerce and retail operations to drive acquisition and retention through targeted initiatives and real-time personalization.
Customer Experience Management
Establish the CX vision, KPIs, and measurement frameworks to monitor satisfaction, NPS, and customer retention.
Partner with operations, logistics, digital, and product teams to drive the end-to-end customer experience—from discovery to post-purchase.
Interpret customer insights and analytics into effective improvements in service, fulfilment, and support.
Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
Drive and motivate high-performing teams in Brand, Marketing, CX, and CRM, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and innovation.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional colleagues in Retail, Ecommerce, Product, Logistics, and Tech to develop cohesive experiences that honor the brand promise.
Develop flexible marketing competencies that are capable of adapting to changing consumer habits and marketplace dynamics.
Candidate Profile
✅ Required Experience & Qualifications
At least 15 years of increasing leadership experience in marketing and CX across large, multi-brand retail, consumer, or lifestyle companies.
Demonstrated leadership of both Marketing and CX functions—not only supervision, but active, hands-on participation in both areas.
Successful history of implementing measurable brand and CX strategies that generate top-line growth and brand equity.
Proven experience managing CRM, loyalty, segmentation, and personalization programs at scale.
Excellent grasp of omnichannel marketing, campaign orchestration, and performance measurement.
Fluency demonstrated in leveraging data and insights to drive decision-making and optimize performance.

Regional GCC experience is of particular value, especially within markets such as UAE, Saudi Arabia, or Kuwait.
Experience in luxury, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries will be a significant plus.

A natural communicator and storyteller—capable of motivating internal teams and external stakeholders with purpose.
High emotional intelligence and executive presence; boardroom experience and managing up to C-suite stakeholders.
