  1. Visitor & Front Desk Administration
    You will be tasked with making every visitor—from clients and partners, to high-level visitors—feel warmly greeted and professionally greeted. This entails:

Handling the front desk reception space with elegance, poise, and a positive attitude

Welcoming guests, providing refreshments, and alerting appropriate staff to their presence

Keeping visitor records, issuing passes, and using proper security procedures

Handling courier collections/deliveries, and making all entries/exits efficient and traceable

Groomed appearance and friendly attitude will demonstrate the organisation’s dedication to excellence.

  1. Communication & Telephone Handling
    Being the first voice customers will hear, you’ll be accountable for:

Answering calls in English (Arabic is an advantage) in a friendly, professional manner

Directing calls to the right departments, delivering accurate messages, and following up where necessary

Handling voicemails, call records, and announcements company-wide through internal systems

You’re the company’s communications hub—and discretion, warmth, and clarity are a must.

  1. Travel & Itinerary Support
    While you won’t be a full-time travel coordinator, you will support basic travel arrangements, including:

Coordinating simple flight or hotel reservations for internal teams

Assisting with meeting scheduling that aligns with travel itineraries

Preparing printed itineraries and necessary documents in advance of travel

This requires attention to detail and the ability to follow policy guidelines for travel bookings.

  1. Administrative Support
    Between front desk tasks, you’ll provide light assistance to senior management or administrative staff, including:

Printing, scanning, or filing documents

Scheduling meetings or coordinating simple room bookings

Arranging catering for internal meetings or guest visits

Your flexibility to assist and capability to handle minor tasks independently will render you an asset to the team.

  1. Office Presentation & Reception Environment
    The reception area is a representation of the company image. You’ll be responsible for:

Keeping the area spotless, organized, and aligned with the company’s professional image
