The Opportunity: Principal Recruiter (Full Desk)
As a Principal Recruiter, you’ll be instrumental to the success of your division and your professional growth. You will have a full desk model, with both client development and candidate delivery responsibilities.
This opportunity is perfect for seasoned recruiters or B2B sales professionals who are looking to take it to the next level and excel in an accountability-driven, hard-charging culture that celebrates performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
New Business Development
Find, engage, and develop new client prospects within your selected vertical
“Hunt” for new business possibilities through outbound sales tactics, cold calling, networking, and referrals
Qualify leads, execute discovery calls, and turn discussions into long-term clients
Candidate Management-US Best Recruitment Jobs 2025
Take full ownership of the full recruiting cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing
Build and manage your own book of candidates
Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal tools to identify and engage top talent
Perform thorough interviews to identify candidate motivations and match them with appropriate opportunities
Client Partnership
Consult clients regarding hiring requirements, market conditions, and best practices
Introduce qualified candidates and handle interview process from start to finish
Offer advice on offer negotiation and handle counteroffer situations
Commercial Leadership
Create and sell recruitment proposals
Negotiate business terms and secure high-margin placements
Monitor KPIs and support revenue targets
Who You Are
You’re an experienced sales professional or recruiter who thrives in a target-driven, high-performance culture. You’re adaptable, coachable, and hungry for both personal growth and financial success.
✅ Must-Have Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a full desk or 360° recruitment role
Proven track record of business development success and closing deals
Strong prospecting abilities and comfort with outbound outreach
Excellent communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills
Experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
