With innovation, quality, and customer success driving its business, the company uses up-to-date manufacturing capabilities, design know-how, and a consultative process to assist customers in transforming their physical space. As a part of their growth plan, they are investing significantly in commercial talent and looking for a Business Development Manager (Displays) to join their team and drive the growth of new accounts in strategic verticals.
The Opportunity: Business Development Manager (Displays)
This is an outside-facing, client-facing sales position with a concentration on establishing new business relationships and expanding major accounts in industries including retail, hospitality, home improvement (DIY), and branded environments. You’ll work closely with internal teams—design, engineering, operations, and customer service—to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations. Your success will directly contribute to the company’s market expansion and commercial success.
This role offers a high level of autonomy, a supportive and innovative culture, and a clear pathway to career growth and leadership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
As a Display industry Business Development Manager, your primary duties will be:
Sales Strategy & Execution
Create and implement strategic sales plans to grow revenues and expand market share in focus industries.
Review market trends and customer requirements to define emerging opportunities and niche areas for growth.
Prioritize accounts with respect to potential, profitability, and fit with the company’s value proposition.
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, referrals, and attending industry events and trade shows.
Grow the client base by targeting mid-sized and larger companies in retail, hospitality, DIY/home improvement, and other consumer-facing businesses.
Client Relationship Management
Nurture and build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers on marketing, procurement, operations, and design teams.
Provide a consultative sales style that explores client needs and presents the company’s solutions as value-added solutions.
Sales Presentations & Proposals
Oversee the creation and delivery of compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals specifically designed to meet each prospect’s individual needs.
Partner with internal groups to build all sales materials in alignment with the company’s technical capabilities and design guidelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with design and manufacturing teams to ensure the smooth execution of customer projects from concept to delivery.
Share client feedback and market data with internal stakeholders to drive product development and innovation.

Track accurate sales activity records, pipeline building, customer engagement, and revenue projections through CRM tools.
Make timely sales updates and insights available to leadership to drive larger business strategy and performance metrics.
