The Role: Senior Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be an integral collaborator with the Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering teams. You’ll use your data knowledge to interpret customer behavior, monitor KPIs, gauge feature success, and assist with product experimentation using A/B testing.

This is not merely a dashboarding job—this is a seat at the table. You will be tasked with questioning the right things, drilling into raw and structured data, and converting insights into actionable business suggestions.

Key Responsibilities


Data Analysis & Insight Generation

Explore large and complex data sets to extract trends, anomalies, and business opportunities

Build solid data models to answer strategic questions about user behavior, product usage, and customer satisfaction

Conduct root cause analyses to determine friction points throughout the customer journey

Dashboarding & Reporting

Create and keep up-to-date interactive dashboards and reports with BI tools like Looker or Tableau

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives

Collaborate with stakeholders to know their reporting requirements and develop scalable data products to satisfy them

Design, run, and analyze A/B tests for new products, marketing campaigns, and operational workflows

Apply statistical integrity to measure test results, making data valid and actionable insights

Drive a culture of experimentation across the product and CX organizations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate intensively with Data Engineers, Product Managers, Customer Success, and BI Developers to guarantee that data is clean, accessible, and actionable

Convert technical insights into business-friendly recommendations that stakeholders can execute on

Bring strategic insights in product roadmapping meetings and user experience assessments

What You Bring to the Table
Required Experience & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or Mathematics

4+ years of hands-on experience in the role of a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Product Analyst in an environment where technology is driving

Strong SQL skill – capable of creating intricate queries to pull and transform big data sets

Experience with latest BI tools including Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Mode

Proven track record to distill complex data into simple, unambiguous insights

Established track record of working with cross-functional teams on product and customer-focused projects

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data insights to non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a SaaS or tech firm, especially in a customer experience or product analytics role

Familiarity with Python, R, or another scripting language for higher-level analytics (optional)

Experience with statistical techniques, such as hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and confidence intervals
