The Account Executive will manage existing relationships, identify new business opportunities, and build a network of loyal customers throughout the region. - Account Management & Relationship Building
Develop and enhance long-term relationships with current customers in industrial and manufacturing markets.
Be the main contact for client accounts, providing regular communication and customer satisfaction.

Find and pursue new business opportunities across Nebraska and the surrounding states.
Create sales strategies specific to every customer segment, focusing on custom metal components used in food manufacturing, as well as other industrial uses.
Execute prospecting, cold calls, and networking to develop a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

Collaborate with in-house departments — engineering, fabrication, and machining — to create and provide solutions that address specific client specifications.
Cultivate knowledge of sophisticated manufacturing processes to move technical ideas into concise, customer-centric solutions.

- Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence
Track industry trends, market activity, and competitor strategies to remain aware of new technologies and opportunities.
Utilize CRM software to record all sales activity, keep accurate records, and manage the entire customer life cycle from contact to project completion.
Provide field feedback for the purpose of refining product offerings and service capabilities.
- Performance & Reporting
Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets, gross margin objectives, and activity standards.

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with a natural tendency to establish trust and rapport.
A strong technical knowledge of metalworking, fabrication processes, or industrial production workflows.
Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated and highly organized problem-solver.
Results-oriented with a consistent history of achieving and surpassing sales goals.
Valid driver’s license and being willing to travel within the defined territory.
Preferred
Bachelor of Business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Familiarity with machining, fabrication, or metal processing environments.
Experience working with customers in manufacturing, food processing, or heavy industry.
