Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a strategic and visionary Senior Director of Marketing Data & Analytics to lead our transformation toward data-informed decision-making across all marketing initiatives.
As the marketing analytics lead, you will spearhead the design, development, and implementation of Qiddiya’s marketing analytics strategy. You will oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of complex marketing data in order to uncover actionable insights that inform campaign strategy, optimize performance, and maximize ROI.
The Senior Director will manage a team of data and analytics professionals to instill a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and excellence. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that Qiddiya’s marketing decisions are underpinned by robust data analysis and aligned with broader organizational objectives that enable our brand to meaningfully engage audiences and drive measurable impact across every channel.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Vision
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing data and analytics strategy that aligns with Qiddiya’s marketing and business objectives.
Provide trusted advisory services to executive leadership with data-driven insights that inform key strategic marketing and investment decisions.
Lead the way in the adoption of advanced analytics, AI-powered models, and predictive intelligence into marketing operations to drive greater precision and speed.
Foster a culture of data literacy and evidence-based decision-making within the marketing organization.
Analytics Framework & Execution
Lead the design and implementation of analytics frameworks that measure the effectiveness of marketing across channels, campaigns, and audience segments.
Define KPIs and develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor campaign performance, brand health, and customer engagement.
Build predictive and prescriptive models to identify growth opportunities, optimize resource allocation, and forecast future trends.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of data with organizational policies and industry regulations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with marketing, brand, digital, finance, and technology teams to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Collaborate with Qiddiya’s technology and data infrastructure teams to access clean, integrated, and reliable marketing data.
Provide supporting analytics to planning for campaigns and creative development by offering insights into customer behavior, audience segmentation, and channel performance.
Align marketing analytics with broader corporate KPIs and strategic imperatives.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
Establish best practices for data governance, reporting, and storytelling.
Foster collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the analytics function.
Performance Optimization
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing investments across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Identify opportunities to improve media efficiency, creative effectiveness, and audience engagement.
Drive the development of test-and-learn frameworks that calculate incremental impact and allow for marketing performance optimization.
Clearly and persuasively present analytic findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications and Experience
Education
This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or any related field.
A Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
Professional Experience-Best Saudi Data Jobs 2025
Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence roles, which include at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of leading large-scale analytics initiatives in complex, fast-moving organizations.
Proven ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.
Experience in the entertainment, tourism, or real estate industries is highly desirable.
Technical Expertise
Advanced working knowledge of analytics and visualization tools including, but not limited to, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
Strong grasp of various data science methodologies, such as predictive modeling, customer segmentation, and attribution modeling.
Familiarity with data management systems: CRM, CDP, DMP, and marketing automation tools.
Working knowledge in SQL, Python, R, or other relevant analytical programming languages is a plus.
