About the Role
Oracle seeks enthusiastic and technically talented individuals to join our AI Services Black Belt team. This is a program for builders – those who merge imagination, technical ability, and curiosity to explore what cloud-based AI can do.
As a Black Belt, you will be part of an elite team that provides advanced AI workshops, develops innovative use cases, and creates reusable solutions using Oracle’s low-code/no-code cloud platforms. You will work hands-on with data, explore automation, and help customers harness the full power of AI-driven cloud solutions.
This is a role that blends deep technical engagement with creativity and thought leadership. You’ll work as an advisor, helping clients understand how to effectively apply AI tools, automate intelligently, and scale innovation in their organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Innovation and Enablement
Conduct AI and cloud enablement workshops for Oracle’s customers and partners to showcase the art of the possible with Oracle Cloud’s AI capabilities.
Translate the business challenges into technical solutions with Oracle’s pre-trained AI services and platform tools.
Design and deliver proof-of-concept demonstrations that leverage AI-driven automation, data streaming, and real-time processing.
Help customers identify areas where AI can drive measurable improvements in efficiency, performance, and innovation.
Solution Development and Prototyping
Design and prototype solutions with customers using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, machine learning APIs, and automation frameworks.
Build low-code/no-code AI applications using Oracle’s modern development tools, integrating APIs, data streams, and AI services.
Experiment with data, events, and cloud functions to design scalable intelligent systems that help solve customers’ needs.
Contribute to the creation of reusable assets, accelerators, and reference architectures that can be leveraged across Oracle’s global ecosystem.
Collaboration and Thought Leadership
Collaborate with Oracle’s global data science, product, and engineering teams to stay ahead of emerging technologies and capabilities.
Share best practices, insights, and technical knowledge within Oracle’s AI Services community.
This will involve presenting at internal and external forums, conferences, and customer events with innovative solutions enabled on Oracle Cloud.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and exploration across the team and the broader organization.
Customer Engagement and Impact
Collaborate with the client to understand their business objectives and technology landscapes.
Acting as a trusted technical advisor, guide them through the adoption of Oracle AI technologies.
Build strong relationships with customers by delivering measurable value through creative AI-driven solutions.
Gather feedback from the field engagements that will inform Oracle’s development roadmap on AI and cloud products.
Qualifications and Experience
Education-Latest Black Belt Saudi Job 2025
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or any other related technical field.
Master’s degree preferred but not required — passion, creativity, and practical experience are valued equally.
Technical Skills
Experience with modern programming languages like Python, Node.js, or JavaScript.
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation, including integration with external systems.
Experience working with cloud technologies, data services, and automation frameworks.
Relevant experience with AI, machine learning, or data science workflows is highly desired.
Ability to work with low-code/no-code platforms for intelligent and interactive application development.
Knowledge of data streaming, event-driven architectures, or real-time analytics is a plus.
