The Role of Director of People and Culture :
We are currently seeking an experienced Director of People and Culture to join our Four Seasons Hotel Madinah opening team!
This role reports to our General Manager with a dotted reporting line to the Regional Director of People and Culture and will be responsible for leading the people, culture, and learning strategy and execution for the Four Seasons Hotel Madinah, providing People and Culture support with the overall goal being that the hotel is perceived as the Employer of Choice in your destination.
You will be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule in every employee action in your hotel, and responsibilities will include championing top talent and actively support succession planning, support the hotel as a Business Partner, fostering relationships with others as a coach, support and drive Corporate People and Culture initiatives, actively support recruitment, selection, onboarding and development requirements, evaluate the effectiveness of People and Culture programs and initiatives, and analyze compensation and benefits trends to ensure a balance between cost and employee experience. You will also be responsible for developing the learning quality and experience on property; deliver workplace learning and development, performance improvement programs, and initiatives to best achieve long-term business success.

Passion for people, talent management, and learning; will be a Business Partner-strategic with strong business acumen, understanding of operational needs, and ability to contribute to key strategies and operational decisions for the hotel; a catalyst for change and employee champion. Previous pre-opening experience is essential.
