Role Summary
As the Sales Representative – Digital Dentistry, your core responsibility will be to drive sales and adoption of digital dental solutions in your assigned territory, primarily within the UAE. You’ll be expected to build trusted relationships with dental professionals, including General Dentists, Orthodontists, Prosthodontists, and Clinical Directors, as well as align with distributor partners and KOLs.
As a customer-facing role, you will adopt a consultative, solutions-focused style, providing specialist advice on how digital technologies can maximize practice efficiency, enhance diagnostics, and deliver better patient outcomes. You will also deliver product demonstrations, technical support, and training to ensure seamless integration of digital systems into clinical workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Sell and promote a portfolio of digital dentistry products such as intraoral scanners, imaging systems, CAD/CAM systems, and associated software solutions.
Meet or surpass sales quota by initiative prospecting, relationship development, and territory management.
Discover and nurture new business leads through interaction with dental clinics, networks of DSOs, and private practices.
Customer Engagement & Support
Establish and sustain long-term relationships with dentists, orthodontists, prosthodontists, and clinic managers.
Provide superior clinical applications guidance, product benefits, and digital system ROI.
Conduct effective product presentations and live demos in clinics, exhibitions, and training sessions.
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through on-hand assistance in pre- and post-sale implementation.
Market Engagement
Be actively engaged with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), industry specialists, and dental associations in order to facilitate advocacy and awareness of the company’s technology.
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, shows, and local customer events.
Track market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity, feeding intelligence back into the regional marketing and product teams.
Collaboration & Reporting
Collaborate closely with regional sales managers, product specialists, marketing teams, and distributors to present coordinated commercial initiatives.
Up-to-date records in the company’s CRM system on pipeline, customer interaction, and deal status.
Regularly present sales reports, forecasts, and updates to leadership, informing strategic decisions.
The Ideal Candidate
✅ Must-Have Qualifications & Experience
Presently residing in Dubai with valid UAE residency and complete work eligibility.
Established sales track record of digital dentistry technology like intraoral scanners, CAD/CAM solutions, digital imaging, or cloud-based planning software.
Experience with a multinational dental producer or a top local healthcare/dental distributor.
Established network in the UAE dental market with established connections with HCPs, KOLs, and decision-makers in clinics.
Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales goals in a clinical or technical sales environment.
English language proficiency (written and verbal); Arabic is a plus.
Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel around locally for client meetings and demos.
Desired Qualifications
Orthodontic or aligner sales experience is a significant bonus.
Experienced at conducting workshops, clinical demos, or chairside training sessions.
Good knowledge of dental workflows, from diagnosis to treatment planning and case execution.
Technically proficient with the capacity to learn rapidly and communicate software and hardware interfaces to clinicians.
Strong, confident presentation skills, both 1:1 and group.
