Position Overview
The Cabin Crew Administrator position at Air Arabia is an important bridge between cabin crew operations and administrative coordination. Primary Responsibilities

Maintain documentation, manuals, and memos up to date in line with GACA regulations and internal procedures.

Monitor crew licensing, legality, and time limits.
The administrator should understand Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) needs, such as duty time limits, licensing, and safety requirements.
- Human Resources Support
Support the Cabin Crew Manager with recruitment, induction, and familiarization flight schedules.
Coordinate accommodation and transport logistics for new or current crew.
Maintain the health and wellbeing of cabin crew (hospital visits where necessary).
Facilitate training and development programs, e.g., refresher training or reward schemes.

Report sales or inventory discrepancies and work hand-in-hand with Alpha Catering and Duty-Free partners to resolve issues.

Qualifications
Academic Qualifications
Diploma or High School Certificate is acceptable.
A Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, or a related discipline is desirable.
Certifications
Should be in possession of an active Cabin Crew License issued by a reputable Civil Aviation Authority.
Skills & Knowledge
High-level Microsoft Excel and expertise in Microsoft Office are a must.
Excellent communication skills for reporting and performance assessment.
Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, particularly pertaining to crew licensing, time restrictions, and safety procedures.
English fluency is necessary; Arabic is a plus.
Experience Needs
6+ years’ experience as cabin crew, and a minimum of 3 years in the role of a Cabin Supervisor or Administrator.
Low-cost carrier experience is a plus.
Working knowledge of:

Experience in dealing with crew performance, customer problems, and emergency scenarios with poise and authority.
