The Job: Personal Assistant:(Best Italy jobs 2025)
We want a highly energetic, detail-driven, and resourceful Personal Assistant to assist major Sponsors with professional and personal tasks. This is not an ordinary assistant role—it’s the opportunity to work side-by-side with phenomenal thinkers and become a critical component of the operational rhythm of a successful tech firm.
Your Role And Responsibilities Will Be:
Executing and handling personal and professional errands discreetly and accurately.
Performing extensive research on diverse subjects, distilling findings into concise, actionable reports.
Organizing silky-smooth travel experiences, from air travel and accommodations to local arrangements, for business or personal travel.
Responding to communications expeditiously, diplomatically, and in total confidence.
Completing small-scale projects—from inception to delivery—entirely owned and executed to time and high-quality standards.
