To lead this initiative, the organization is looking for an experienced and visionary Digital Transformation Manager who can design and execute a cross-functional technology roadmap. Role Summary-Dubai Latest Digital Jobs 2025

Working closely with the CEO, CFO, and other department heads, your mandate will be to design and implement integrated digital workflows that eliminate manual processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.

As Digital Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for leading the modernization of business systems and processes across all departments. You will conduct a thorough review of the current technology environment, define future-state architecture, and oversee the rollout of scalable systems including ERP (NetSuite), CRM, HRIS (e.g., ZOHO HR), and analytics platforms.

You will also play a critical role in change management, ensuring successful adoption of new systems across a geographically dispersed workforce. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, requiring a deep understanding of business operations and the ability to translate those into actionable, tech-driven improvements.


Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Architecture

Lead a comprehensive assessment of existing systems, processes, and data flows across all core functions—finance, HR, inventory, manufacturing, and sales.

Develop and execute a scalable digital transformation roadmap, aligned with organizational goals and market expansion plans.

Recommend and implement fit-for-purpose platforms such as ERP (NetSuite or equivalent), CRM, HRIS, and BI tools to support company-wide operations.

Define the target technology architecture to drive automation, integration, and scalability.

2. System Implementation & Integration

Oversee the implementation and integration of enterprise systems, with a focus on:

ERP systems for finance, inventory, and manufacturing

CRM platforms to optimize sales and customer engagement

HRIS tools like ZOHO People for streamlined HR management

Business intelligence and analytics platforms for real-time reporting

Manage vendor relationships, implementation partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Ensure seamless data migration, process mapping, and training during system cutovers.

3. Process Automation & Operational Efficiency

Identify manual, high-effort workflows across departments and prioritize automation opportunities.

Re-engineer business processes in finance (e.g., P2P, O2C), manufacturing (e.g., production tracking, inventory), and HR (e.g., onboarding, time tracking) for greater efficiency.

Use technology to reduce error rates, increase productivity, and enable cross-functional collaboration.

4. Change Management & Adoption

Act as a key change agent, helping teams adopt new systems and workflows through targeted communication, training, and support programs.

Partner with functional leaders to ensure systems are designed with user needs in mind and that rollouts are met with high adoption and satisfaction.

Create feedback loops and governance models to ensure continuous improvement and user engagement.

5. Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration

Serve as a bridge between business and technology, helping non-technical teams understand the benefits of new tools and processes.

Manage transformation initiatives across a geographically dispersed organization, ensuring consistency while adapting to local requirements.

Liaise directly with C-level leadership on progress, KPIs, and roadblocks, maintaining strong alignment with overall business strategy.


Ideal Candidate Profile-Dubai Latest Digital Jobs 2025

We seek an experienced, business-focused, and hands-on change leader who will lead digital transformation in a dynamic, global setting.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar.

Project management or change management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Prosci) is an asset.

Experience

At least 5 years experience with a digital transformation, ERP implementation, or systems improvement.

Proven success leading cross-functional technology programs, ideally with a manufacturing or industrial backdrop.

Experience managing full cycle platforms like NetSuite, Oracle CX, ZOHO, Salesforce, or SAP.

Demonstrated ability to automate workflows in finance, inventory, or production environments.

Technical & Soft Skills

Hands on with ERP, CRM, HRIS, and BI tools; comfortable managing integrations between multiple systems.

Strong stakeholder management skills, able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Skilled in process analysis, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technical specifications.

Comfortable working across multinational teams and time zones.

High level of initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving ability.
