We are currently searching for a seasoned and trustworthy Electrical Maintenance Technician to help in the day-to-day running and maintenance of the vehicle fleet and the facilities of the company. The successful employee will be responsible for the electrical inspections, maintenance, and repairs of the vehicle fleet and the facilities of the company to provide efficient and safe services.
The position plays a very important role in preventing breakdowns and ensuring that all electrical systems are working properly. A very important attribute for the candidate that would fit the position would be to have a background in electrical maintenance.
Purpose of the Job-Electrician Jobs In Saudi Arabia 2026
Essentially, the major duty of the role is to perform electrical maintenance and repair work on company vehicles and location facilities in line with the set work schedules and procedures. The aim is to ensure that all company vehicles are in a running condition with the electrical maintenance work done with acceptable safety and quality standards
Main Responsibilities and Accountability:
1. Inspections on
Perform daily checks on the electrical parts of the vehicle prior to departing the depot.
Early detection of possible electrical problems can help avert failure when in operation.
Make sure that the inspected vehicles are safe and functional.
Careful adherence to inspection checklists and company procedures must be maintained.
2. Electrical Repair and Troubleshooting
Conduct electrical repairs on vehicles in case of a breakdown or when a defect has been detected through inspection.
Diagnose electrical issues in an efficient manner and solve them accordingly.
Replace or repair damaged electrical components based on specifications and company standards.
See to it that any vehicles used are turned back into service in a quick and safe manner.
3. Planned Maintenance
Carry out planned electrical inspections, as well as other maintenance activities, based on the work schedule.
Service sheets and maintenance history can be used to direct and record all activities.
Point out wear and tear or likely hazards during planned maintenance and report to the Supervisor.
Offer support for the company’s preventive maintenance program in order to minimize unpredicted failures.
4. General Maintenance, Inspection, and Repair of Facilities
Perform general electrical maintenance and/or repair tasks on company properties if asked by the Supervisor.
Ensure the electrical systems in the facilities are installed according to approved safety standards and functionality criteria.
Be responsive to maintenance requests to ensure least disruption of operations.
Help in creating and maintaining a safe working environment for all workers.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Perform individual maintenance and repair reports effectively.
Maintain records of inspection, repair, or maintenance carried out.
The completed reports will then be submitted for review to the Supervisor for record-keeping purposes.
Share any repeated problems, or ideas for improvement with management.

- Compliance with all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations will be observed at all times.
- Use the right Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during the maintenance process.
- Ensure that all electrical work carried out meets safety and legal requirements.

Qualifications and Experience for the Job:
- Must have a Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Maintenance or a field of relevance.
- Have an Experience in electrical maintenance and repair work, ideally in a fleet or industrial setting.
- An improved knowledge of electrical systems, electrical elements, and electrical troubleshooting techniques.
- Good Reading skills and ability to comprehend Technical Manuals, Checklists, and Work Instructions.
- Complete awareness about the preventive maintenance process and reporting.
Skills & Competencies required:
- Must have good trouble-shooting and problem-solving abilities.
- High Concentration to detail and ability to produce quality work.
- Should be Capable to work on his/her own and in a team.
- Effective time management and adherence to the timetable.
- Effective communication skills in reporting and coordination of activities with the supervisors.
