Position Overview-LADY TEACHERS
We are currently seeking highly qualified Lady Teachers to fill the positions in our academic departments. The chosen candidates will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality lessons, encouragement of intellectual curiosity, and the establishment of an ordered and stimulating classroom environment.
This is a full-time role that requires dedication, creativity, and strong classroom management skills. Candidates must be passionate about teaching, capable of engaging students in meaningful learning experiences, and willing to uphold the values and ethos of the Girls Academy of Science and Technology.
Job Locations
The successful applicants will be assigned to one of the following campuses depending on institutional needs and applicant preference:
- Riyadh (Head Campus)
- Jeddah
- Dammam/Khobar/Eastern Province
Experience Required-
Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in any Girls’ Academy, School, or similar academic setup.
Maximum of 6 years of relevant teaching experience preferred.
Applicants who can demonstrate strong classroom discipline and a proven record of effective teaching in girls’ education are especially encouraged to apply.
Educational Qualifications
Candidates must have one or more of the following degrees:
- Diploma in Education or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Science: Anthropology, Biology, etc.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or equivalent qualification
- Bachelor of Business Administration-for relevant teaching positions
- Master’s degree in Education (M.Ed) or Master of Arts
- M.Phil or Ph.D/Doctorate in Education or related field
Preference will be given to applicants with the higher academic qualifications and specialized teaching certifications.

- Lesson Planning and Delivery
- Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum and academic standards.
- Employ a variety of teaching methods to meet different learning styles and needs.
- Assess and Support Student Learning
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate students’ progress through quizzes, tests, and projects.
- Provides timely and constructive feedback to guide students toward academic improvement.

- Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions.
- Integrate technology in teaching
- Integrate various digital tools and platforms such as interactive whiteboards, e-learning systems, and educational software.
- Encourage responsible and effective use of technology on the part of students.

Grade, prepare, and promptly record student assignments, examinations, and reports.
