1. Kindergarten 2 English Teacher (Female)
We are now seeking applications for the (Kindergarten 2 English Teacher (Female) position, an important one in developing the initial educational experiences of our youngest students. The job demands an imaginative, compassionate, and seasoned teacher who delights in teaching young children and is skilled at presenting a stimulating American curriculum in the context of a play-based, child-centered program.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement age-appropriate, challenging, and interesting lesson plans based on the American curriculum
Establish a safe, supportive, and caring classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, and academic growth
Monitor student progress with multiple measures of assessment and report progress to parents in an effective way
Communicate regularly with parents to build a strong home-school partnership
Work closely with other teachers and school staff to facilitate school-wide learning objectives
Engage actively in school functions, staff development seminars, and shared planning meetings
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in English Literature or Early Childhood Education
Valid Educational Diploma (compulsory for teaching positions in the UAE)
MOE/SPEA Approval to teach in the UAE
Equalized academic credentials, as per UAE’s Ministry of Education requirements
Experience:
Experience in teaching Kindergarten in the UAE, ideally within an American curriculum environment
Effective classroom management and effective communication skills
Enthusiasm for early years education and a commitment to creating lifelong learners
Available to start straight away
2. Kindergarten Assistant Teacher (Female)
We are also seeking a warm, passionate, and responsible Kindergarten Assistant Teacher to become part of our early years team. The successful candidate will assist lead teachers in developing a happy, engaging, and secure learning environment for our young children.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the lead teacher in planning and implementing daily classroom activity
Contribute to the preparation of instructional materials and managing classroom resources
Offer individual support and attention to students as required
Maintain the safety, health, and wellbeing of all children at all times
Support behavior management and classroom routines
Develop positive and respectful relationships with students, parents, and staff
Required Qualifications:
Certified and equivalent academic credentials as per UAE education standards
Knowledge of the American curriculum is an advantage
Experience:
Prior experience in a Kindergarten or Early Childhood environment, preferably in the UAE
A natural inclination to work with young children and cater to their developmental needs
Should be able to join immediately
