Role Overview-LA Best Jobs 2025

We are seeking a seasoned Recruitment Manager to join our top-performing Sales team. The role is central to managing recruitment plans and performing full-cycle hiring for mid-to-senior-level positions within the sales team.

As a Recruitment Manager, you’ll work with internal and external partners, support hiring programs, and align recruitment efforts with business objectives. You’ll oversee end-to-end processes — from job description design to offer close — with mentoring others and improving our talent acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development:
Develop and execute efficient recruitment strategies aligned with the objectives of the company and the demand of the market.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to predict staffing requirements and develop attractive job descriptions.

Talent Sourcing & Screening:
Identify, attract, and evaluate potential candidates with the use of numerous tools, networks, and channels to connect them to client requirements.

Provide a smooth and professional hiring process, keeping candidates engaged and informed throughout each phase.

Relationship Management:
Establish relationships with both external partners and hiring managers that lead to collaboration and successful placements.

Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure all recruitment activity complies with employment statutes and internal compliance guidelines at federal, state, and local levels.

Training & Mentorship:
Guide and mentor team members on recruitment best practices and changing industry tools.

Market Insight:
Stay up-to-date on the latest hiring trends, talent acquisition solutions, and competitive compensation practices in the sales space.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking someone with technical recruitment skills combined with excellent people and communication skills, who excels in a high-performing environment, and is driven by personal and team success.

Core Requirements:

Prior experience leading full-cycle recruitment processes, preferably in the business services or sales space

Ability to establish credibility and trust with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external candidates

Skill in navigating applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM software

Strong organizational and time management skills in order to juggle multiple roles and deadlines

In-depth knowledge of local and federal employment laws and compliance regulations

Team-oriented, collaborative attitude with the desire to mentor junior staff
