- Process Analysis & Optimization

Use tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio to create transparent visual insights.
Monitor and analyze logistics metrics such as on-time delivery percentages, order fulfillment, transport cost efficiency, and inventory turnover.
Create models forecasting demand changes and test process improvements prior to implementation.
- Strategic Decision Support
Support management through analysis by presenting insights that drive strategic decisions around logistics planning, budgeting, and resourcing.
Collaborate with operations and finance to estimate potential ROI for process improvement projects.
Determine cost savings and efficiency gains through data-driven analysis.
Assist management in establishing measurable performance goals grounded in data insights.

Work closely with Operations, Finance, IT, and Procurement functions to establish seamless data flow and process consistency.
