The Opportunity
We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Marketing Director to join a top multi-brand automobile dealer group in Dubai. It is a unique chance to own marketing strategy for a diversified portfolio of international automobile brands—ranging from value to premium segments.
As Marketing Director, you will be accountable for developing, implementing, and maximizing multi-brand marketing strategies that build sales, increase customer engagement, and strengthen brand equity in a highly competitive marketplace. This role requires strategic thought, operational leadership, and effective OEM partnership management.
You will be reporting to the VP and serving as a member of the group’s senior management team to facilitate commercial development, customer retention, and long-term positioning of the brand throughout the UAE.

Role Overview
As the Marketing Director, you will have the responsibility for the total marketing function across a portfolio of worldwide automotive brands. You will oversee a team of marketing experts and work closely with internal stakeholders, outside agencies, and OEM partners in order to provide brand uniformity, strategic fit, and market effectiveness.
You will develop and manage the annual marketing plan and budget, oversee multi-channel campaigns, guide digital marketing initiatives, and activate brand experiences that engage customers and deliver measurable business results.
You’ll also be the key point of contact for OEM marketing leads—ensuring all local activity is aligned with global brand standards and contributes to business targets such as market share, conversion rates, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategy & Planning

Create overall marketing strategy for the group of dealers across business and brands units, aligning with business and sales goals.

Oversee yearly marketing planning and budgeting, monitoring performance and ROi by channel and campaign.

Develop multi-brand portfolio strategies, balancing distinct brand identities with integrated group positioning.

  1. Brand Management & OEM Partnership

Manage brand performance within various automotive segments (passenger, SUV, EV, etc.) that meet OEM brand rules and co-marketing specifications.

Serve as the main marketing point of contact with main partners, establishing close, cooperating relationships to allow access to tools, money, and resources.

Maintain brand consistency across all customer interactions—from advertising to in-showroom experience.

  1. Campaign Execution & Events

Lead integrated marketing efforts through ATL (TV, radio, OOH), BTL (in-store, brochures), digital (performance marketing, SEO/SEM, email), and social media channels.

Oversee and implement top-tier launches, sponsorships, and events, independently and in conjunction with OEMs and external partners.

Tie into local cultural and seasonal points to generate foot traffic and digital interaction among key customer groups.

  1. Digital & CRM

Oversee the digital marketing plan of the group, such as website performance, social media, SEO/SEM, and lead generation programs.

Work with the CRM team to create and execute data-informed customer journeys, building loyalty and driving retention.

Optimize conversion funnels, customer touchpoints, and campaign performance based on digital metrics and customer insights.

  1. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team in a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate closely with sales, aftersales, finance, and operations teams to keep marketing efforts on track with commercial objectives.

Develop good working relationships with media agencies, creative partners, and government bodies to ensure seamless delivery and brand exposure.

Ideal Candidate Profile

✅ Experience & Expertise

Minimum 10 years of marketing leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a strategic role in the automotive industry—preferably in a dealer group or OEM.

Experience managing multiple brands, each with unique identities and positioning.

Successful history of creating and executing marketing strategies that have a direct impact on driving sales performance and market share.

Extensive experience in OEM partnership, including the flexibility to manage co-op funding, brand consistency, and joint marketing efforts.

Direct experience in campaign implementation, event planning, digital marketing, and customer experience initiatives.

Preferably Arabic-speaking candidates based on regional customer base and stakeholder interactions.
