Currently, we are looking for a highly enthusiastic and experienced Software Developer to join our rapidly expanding technical team in Abqaiq, Al Ahsa, or Al Hofuf. Job Overview
As a Software Developer at WYD Consultancy, you will take up the role of designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications to support business operations and client solutions. You will work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and system analysts to make sure that our applications deliver optimal performance, functionality, and user satisfaction.
You will be responsible for writing clean, efficient, and scalable code while keeping a commitment to excellence in software engineering practices. Roles & Responsibilities
As a Software Developer, your key responsibilities will include:
Application Design & Development:
Design, develop, and implement software solutions by utilizing state-of-the-art programming languages and frameworks. Ensure the architecture is scalable and maintainable to meet business goals and system requirements.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams:
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to convert design prototypes to workable, user-friendly applications. Work directly with product managers and business analysts to gain an understanding of the project objectives and the delivery on client expectations.
Code Quality & Maintenance:
Write high-quality, reusable, well-documented code. Enforce known coding standards, use version control, and take part in regular code reviews to ensure best practices are followed and consistency between projects is maintained.
Testing & Debugging:
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing thoroughly. Locate bugs, bottlenecks, or other issues and fix them on time, ensuring stability and reliability in the application.
Continuous Improvement:
Keep current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and trends in software engineering. Recommend improvements in process, automation tools, and development practices that increase team productivity.
Technical Documentation:
Development and maintenance of extensive documentation with up-to-date information about software components, architecture, design patterns, APIs, and deployment procedures.
Client Interaction & Support:
Collaborate with project managers to understand the needs and expectations of the clients. Take part in technical discussions, provide regular updates, and assist in troubleshooting client issues post-deployment.
Training & Demonstrations:
Provide demos and training programs to the clients or internal stakeholders when required. Educate end-users about the different system functionalities, ensuring that the software is adopted in a smooth manner.

We are seeking a developer who is passionate about solving complex problems and has strong fundamentals in computer science. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Educational Background:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience or certifications will be considered.
Professional Experience:
At least 3 years of practical experience in software development. Candidates with experience across multiple platforms or industries are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in programming languages like Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience working with web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
RESTful API development and integration experience.
Knowledge of cloud environments: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
