As part of our growing operations, we are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Call
Center Agent to join our customer support team in Doha.

�� About the Role
The Call Center Agent will serve as a primary point of contact for clients and investors,
delivering timely and professional assistance across a variety of trading and account-related
queries. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide technical support for electronic
trading platforms, and ensure clients are guided through the company’s operational and
regulatory procedures.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and previous
experience in the stock brokerage industry. You will play a key role in ensuring that our
clients have a seamless and positive experience every time they interact with our company.

�� Key Responsibilities


 Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding account opening, trading
operations, electronic trading platforms, and market information.
 Log, track, and escalate customer complaints as needed, ensuring follow-up and
resolution in coordination with internal departments.
 Provide guidance on KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money
Laundering) processes and assist clients in fund transfer procedures.
 Train clients on the proper use of trading systems, web portals, and mobile
applications offered by the company.

 Maintain accurate records of client interactions and generate periodic reports on call
volume, complaint categories, and customer satisfaction.
 Ensure the confidentiality and secure handling of client data, maintaining strict
adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.

�� Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who are proactive, knowledgeable, and experienced in stock
brokerage or financial services customer support. A strong understanding of trading
platforms and fluency in Arabic and English are essential for this role.

To qualify for this role, applicants should fulfill the following minimum requirements:

Professional Experience: Prior experience of working in a stock brokerage company is mandatory. Such experience must encompass direct participation in the sale and purchase of stocks with proof of adequate knowledge about how markets operate, trading protocols, and clients.

Educational Background: The minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma. Nevertheless, applicants holding a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a closely related discipline will be preferred because of the specialized expertise that these qualifications offer.

Customer Service Experience: At least 1 to 3 years of direct experience in a call center or customer service position—preferably in the financial services industry—is essential. This ensures the candidate has experience with client servicing under high-pressure conditions.

Language Proficiency: Both English and Arabic language skills in written as well as verbal communication are necessary to effectively manage a multicultural client base.

Technical Skills: Good computer literacy and working knowledge of trading platforms, finance software, and communication technology are essential.

Soft Skills: Good communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills are essential. The applicants should be able to establish rapport with clients, address their concerns effectively, and remain professional in all situations.

Work Environment: Being able to succeed working under pressure within a fast-moving, customer-focused work environment is essential. Flexibility, resilience, and good organizational skills will ensure success in this dynamic position
