The Role

Client Account & Revenue Management

Monitor client information and interactions through CRM tools, maintaining accurate records and follow-up schedules.

Build a thorough knowledge of client requirements to suggest tailored workspace solutions.

Co-working & Virtual Office Operations

Ensure that there is seamless day-to-day operation in the coworking space—collaborating with internal teams to ensure a high-end client experience.

Offer feedback on the layout of facilities, service improvements, and community development initiatives to enhance member satisfaction.

Work with the community management team to host networking events, open houses, and community events.

Brand & Market Representation

Be a company ambassador in Riyadh, presenting the organization at conferences, expos, and local events.
