We require a very experienced and result-oriented Plant Manager to manage the operations of Aluminium Alloy Manufacturing Plant situated in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The requirement is immediate for a very experienced person in the field of manufacturing in secondary aluminium-scrap processing, aluminium melting, and preparation of alloy ingot intended for die casting in engines. The successful candidate will possess experience in overseeing the entire operation of a plant, focusing on operational excellence, adherence to safety and quality, as well as the ability to guide production shop floor employees in delivering production targets. This role requires a combination of proficiency, leadership skills, and purposeful thinking for positive plant performance.

Key Responsibilities & Roles-Top Manufacturing Job in Saudi 2026

Under your leadership, as a Plant Manager, shall perform all the various operational duties to ensure that production is at an optimum level and in line with applicable industry standards. This will include but not be limited to:

• Lead the end-to-end plant operations encompassing production, quality control, maintenance, safety, and statutory compliance.

• Management of secondary aluminium scrap processing right from raw material segregation to melting and casting.

• Oversee the melting and alloying of aluminum to produce top-quality alloy ingots for various die-casting applications.

• Recycling and supply of alloy grades such as ADC12, A356, LM6, LM4 on regular basis.

• Put in place and enforce procedures to ensure the quality, safety, and efficiency of standard operating procedures.

• Optimization of driving processes for cost reduction, yield improvement, scrap minimization, and rework minimization

• Monitoring of production KPIs and assurance that daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are attained.

• Leading a shop floor team, supervisors, and engineers in leading the way towards developing a high-performance manufacturing culture.

• Coordinating with maintenance teams to optimize equipment uptime and perform periodic planned preventive maintenance.

• Assuring strict compliance with the relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation, including plant safety audits and compliance requirements.
• Participate in operational planning, budgeting, and capacity expansion projects with senior management.

• Inventory management of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods in collaboration with supply chain teams.

• Conducting audits, inspections, and preparation of compliance documents concerning quality and safety standards.

Technical Expertise Required

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong technical knowledge and expertise in the area of aluminium alloys production, preferably in the secondary aluminium industry. The technical requirements include the following:

• Processing of Secondary Aluminium Scrap, with special emphasis on Aluminum Alloy Ingot production

• Production of die-casting ingots for automobile and engine parts

• Detailed knowledge about various aluminium alloys such as:

• Experience in aluminium melting furnace systems, casting, metal treatment methods

• Excellent knowledge of Process Control, Metallurgy, Quality Assurance

• Process analysis skills for identification of bottlenecks and designing continuous improvement programs

• Skills in cost management, energy optimization, and yield enhancement

Qualification & Eligibility-Top Manufacturing Job in Saudi 2026

• Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology: Mechanical Engineering and Metallurgy

• Minimum 5 years of experience in aluminium melting (mandatory)

• Experience
• 5–10 years in working with Scrap Yards or in the metal melting business

• High exposure to Aluminium Alloy Ingot Production for Die Casting

• Male applicants only

• Age: Less than 45 years

• Languages: English and Hindi (spoken and written)
