About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Executive – Performance Marketing with a passion for digital innovation and performance optimisation. This position has a key role in the implementation of Jumeirah Group’s digital advertising and acquisition strategy. In close collaboration with agencies and internal stakeholders, the successful individual will ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, performance tracked closely, and reporting commercialised.
As a Senior Executive, you will assist with the performance marketing on a blended mix of paid media channels such as search, social, display, affiliate, and metasearch in order to deliver measurable traffic, engagement, and conversion growth.

Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities in this position will be:
Ensure multi-channel campaign setup and deliverance across major digital channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, programmatic display, metasearch engines, and affiliate networks.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to drive smooth delivery of performance marketing campaigns and brand guidelines as well as business objectives.
Track campaign performance and deliverance on a daily basis against KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.) for alignment with campaign targets and budgets.
Regular optimisation and A/B testing to enhance targeting, creatives, and landing page performance, and achieve media efficiency.
Campaign data analysis and weekly performance reporting with data-driven insights and actionable recommendations by channel.
Campaign briefs creation, asset production coordination and delivery to media partners and internal stakeholders.
Monitoring of competitor activity and industry trends, leveraging the findings for future campaign development and innovation.
Work closely with the CRM, Content, and Web teams to ensure consistent messaging and best-in-class user journeys.
It will support moving to and using platforms like GA4, Looker Studio, and other next-gen analytics tools for in-depth performance analysis.
It will ensure that campaign tracking, tagging, and attribution are accurately implemented to enable proper measurement and reporting.
About You – Who We’re Looking For
In order to succeed in this position, you must be a strong analytical, hands-on marketing expert who enjoys working within a high-energy, performance-based environment.
Must-Haves:-UAE Best Jobs 2025
3 to 4 years of experience in performance marketing or paid digital media, ideally in industries including travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or tech.
Direct experience managing or supporting campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, or similar.
Proven strong understanding of digital media buying tactics, optimisation methods, bidding models, and audience segmentation.
Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools proficiency for efficient reporting and insights presentation.
Web analytics and tracking tool familiarity such as GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager.
Proven conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategy understanding such as A/B testing, landing page optimisation, and funnel analysis.
Demonstrated talent to work with cross-functional groups and external partners in a time-sensitive setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail and talent to interpret complex information into concise stories.
Current knowledge of today’s and future digital marketing strategies, software tools, and technologies.
Desirable Characteristics:
Prior experience working in a luxury brand or high-end customer-facing environment.
Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or equivalent digital marketing platform certifications.
Experience with metasearch sites including TripAdvisor, Google Hotel Ads, or Trivago.
