Compensation & Benefits
Starting Salary & Flying Pay
Your salary consists of three parts:
l Basic Salary: AED 4,980 / month·
l Flying Pay: AED 69.6 / hour (80-100 hours/month based)
l Meal Allowance: Overseas per diem allowance while traveling
l Average Monthly Pay: AED 11,244 (approximately USD 3,061), variable on flight time
l Accommodation: Supplied, including utilities & maintenance
l Transport: Pick-up & drop-off to/from work

Who We’re Looking For: (Latest Airline Dubai jobs 2025)
We’re looking for passionate, service-focused candidates with a love for hospitality, cultural exchange, and travel. If you have energy, professionalism, and an adventurous spirit, you could be just the person we’re looking for.
Minimum Requirements:
✅ 1-year minimum experience in customer service or hospitality
✅ Natural ability to deliver great service and positive attitude
✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-player attitude
✅ High school graduate (Grade 12 or higher)
✅ English fluency (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset
✅ Height: Minimum 160 cm; Arm reach: 212 cm while on tiptoes
✅ No tattoos visible when in uniform (cover-ups not allowed)
✅ Physically suitable for the position with the capacity to provide medical needs
✅ Ready to move to Dubai and qualify for a UAE work visa

Role Responsibilities
Part of the Emirates Cabin Crew, your main duties will be:
Providing Outstanding Service: Offer superlative hospitality and effortless customer experience during the flight.
Maintaining Safety & Security: Manage emergencies with poise, confidence, and adherence to international aviation standards.
Cultural Awareness: Treat customers from around the globe with dignity, compassion, and attentiveness
Crew Coordination: Coordinate with other crew members and ground staff for a seamless flight experience.
Pre-Takeoff & Post-Landing Responsibilities: Conduct safety checks, briefings, and cabin preparation before departure and upon arrival.·
Communication: Deliver prompt, professional communications to passengers on flight procedures, safety, and services.
Training and Development
Each new Emirates Cabin Crew undergoes a rigorous 7.5-week training program at Dubai’s Emirates Aviation College. The course covers:

✔️ Medical and first-aid training
✔️ Service excellence and cultural awareness
✔️ Teamwork, leadership, and crisis management
Upon graduation, you’ll be ready with all the knowledge and confidence to provide Emirates’ award-winning service worldwide.
